Dignity & Respect: Preventing Bullying Policy

The NSW Government's new Dignity and Respect: Policy and Guidelines on Preventing and Managing Workplace Bullying was launched in March 2007.

The policy applies to all NSW public sector employees and employers.

The policy was negotiated by the Government agencies and public sector unions.

The 13 page policy and guidelines document is attached below.

Premier Iemma has issued Ministerial Memorandum 2007-02 on the implementation of the policy.

The Unions NSW Dignity and Respect Charter has been updated to take account of the policy.
