New Landcom Award made

The NSW Industrial Relations Commission on Friday made an order ratifying the Landcom Award 2008.

The Award was made as a section 146A Referral Agreement, a section of the NSW industrial relations laws which allows corporate bodies and unions, acting in agreement, to refer their matters to the NSW Commission.

The Landcom Award is now one award where previously there were two (salaries and conditions).
