Pay case --- almost there

The Public Sector Salaries case will be put before the NSW Industrial Commission on June 6.

Following completion of negotiations today, May 23, it can be put forward as an agreed position, i.e. a consent award.

Last Tuesday, May 20, Cabinet agreed to the 16 percent pay over three years, and schedule of rises published in our previous news item.

Two unresolved issues, the special cases for General Assistants in Schools and Psychologists in Health, were settled today, Friday 23 May.
