We are getting closer. Yesterday (Monday May 12) there were further negotiations. The important result from this session is that the two special cases which were specified and started under the previous award, i.e. the General Assistants in Schools and the Psychologists in Health cases, will be included in the 16 percent and their applications before the NSW Industrial Relations Commission will proceed.

There will be a further hearing before the Industrial Commission tomorrow and the matter will go to Cabinet next week.
