Pay claim update

Negotiations are occurring almost daily in pursuit of an agreement over our pay claim.

There is a substantial offer on the table, however there is disagreement over some of the conditions the employers are seeking.

There will be an unscheduled Central Council meeting next Tuesday. It will discuss the offer as it stands at that point and decide whether to accept, put it to a ballot of members, recommend industrial action, etc.
