Unions NSW leaflet on national OHS harmonisation

Unions NSW has produced a 4 page leaflet on the issues unions see as essential for any new laws arising from the "National Review on Model National OHS Laws".
The leaflet complements the Unions NSW Submission to the Review.
Every worker should have:
- The right to a safe healthy workplace
- The right to know the risks in your workplace
- The right to refuse unsafe work
- The right to be involved in keeping your workplace safe
- The right to act when safety is put at risk
