ACTU proposal for a fair IR system -- Combet speech

ACTU Secretary Greg Combet addressed the National Press Club in Canberra on 13 September. He gave a speech entitled "A Fairer Balance between Industrial Relations and the Economy".

Attached at the end of the web page is the ACTU's 158 page report "A Fair Go at Work - Collective Bargaining for Australian Workers" which formed the basis for Combet's speech.
