CPSU WORK OVERLOAD KIT

Federal Secretary David Carey launches the CPSU Work Overload Kit

Our federal union, Community & Public sector Union, launched its latest production at PSA Central Council on Monday.

Federal Secretary David Carey explained how the work overload kit was developed jointly by the six state "PSAs" over two years of comparing cases, assessing members' concerns, and drafting, editing etc.

The Work Overload Kit is the second CPSU production, closely following the Bullying Kit which was released a couple of months ago.

The kit contains:

• Powerpoint presentation
• Overload Flow Chart (a pdf file)
• David's introduction (Word)
• Body mapping info sheet (Word)
• Case Studies info sheet (Word)
• Overload Diary sheet (Word)
• Overload survey (Word)

Delegates can use the overload survey (modified if need be) and other bits in their workplaces/department/etc

The kit can be obtained via
