You can change your membership details at any time. You can ring the PSA Membership Section on 1800 467 932 (freecall from outside Sydney zone) or 9220 0956. You can fill in the form below and mail it directly to the PSA Membership Section.

To ensure we update the right record some items in "Old personal details" are marked as essential.

Please fill in all the "New personal details". Items that we didn't collect in the past, e.g. home email, mobile number, are becoming important for our communications with members.

Your information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
