UWS Bullying Campaign Outcomes

Following a campaign against bullying over the last year, the University has agreed to sponsor PSA/Work Cover training. Courses will be run by OH&S Staff in May/June.

The University's Equity and Diversity Office will use the sessions to consult on the new University policy on bullying. (The CPSU successfully advocated that this should be a stand alone policy.)

The course will also be attended by University Complaints, HR & Training staff, and will be the precursor to the development of further training to support the roll out of the policy, and a system of complaints advisers.
