Court Officers’ Position Descriptions

Currently all Court Officers are employed as casuals and the PSA are in negotiations to get all members converted to Permanent status. Following lengthy negotiations with the Attorney Generals Department the position description for Court Officers has been finalised and evaluated.

This will form the basis for future employment of Court Officers.

With the position description being formalised permanency for the Court Officers will be able to be resolved.
