DADHC -- PSA disputes classification letter07 February 2008The PSA is aware that a letter has been sent out by DADHC to all staff in Accommodation and Respite Services signed by the Director General dated 5 February 2008. This letter provides details on a proposal for new classification structure and conditions of employment for these staff. The PSA has not been afforded discussions on these proposals and as a result we have lodged a dispute in the Industrial Relations Commission. We wish to reaffirm to members that no agreement has been reached on any of these details as proposed in the Department's letter.
