Why do we want to keep an exclusively General Staff Agreement?
This bulletin (the pdf below) puts the case that an Agreement exclusively for General Staff is preferable to a common agreement covering both academic and general staff.
There is a push from some quarters for a common agreement. Its to your advantage to say NO.
