The attached pdf leaflet gives detail on the University of western Sydney's nbelow par pay offer.
An important point it makes is the that the poor offer will backfire on the university, encouraging good staff to look elsewhere for employment.
CPSU/PSA continues to campaign for a satisfactory result and we will not stop until we get it.
