However while the PSA has gained these wins there is still more to campaign around. Particularly around the Corporate Services Review. PSA Opposes DET/TAFE Timeline The PSA does not agree to the timeline that the DET/TAFE put out to all staff today. The PSA was not consulted about the timeline and was only informed of it this morning. The Association will seek further negotiatons with Department on the timeline. PSA disputes Managing Displaced Employees Policy The PSA also does not agree with the Departments so called final Managing Displaced Employees Policy (which we have been informed is on the Departments website). The PSA still has many concerns with the policy as it currently stands. Unless the Department withdraws the MDEP and restarts negiations with the PSA, the PSA will notify a dispute in the NSW Industrial Relations Commision. Delegates Meeting PSA delegates from DET and TAFE are meeting this Friday 5 December at PSA House. Further campaign bulletins will be sent to members after this meeting.
