UTS trying to get Executives on non-union agreements

On September 16 the UTS management asked staff on the Executive Remuneration System (ERS) to attend meetings on non-union agreements, known as LK agreements after clause 170 LK of the Workplace Relations Act.
ERS is at the moment level 10 and above.
The attached bulletin explains the difference between non-union agreements (LK) and union agreements (LJ). It's well summarised by the bulletin's sub-title, "A negotiated outcome or a pre-determined outcome?
The bulletin advises members and non-members to vote NO when the issue finally comes to a vote.
