Unions NSW Dignity & Respect Kit (Bullying Kit)

This kits consists of the large Dignity & Respect Charter, which we ask that delegates present to their managers and ask them to sign.

Departmental Committees should lead this campaign and once the CEO has signed delegates at the local level can ask their managers to be familiar with its terms and ask them to also sign.

The Charter(s) should then be displayed in a prominent place at work.

The PSA has prepared Guidelines to Assist in the Signing of the Charter
